The conversation I had with PL was before the result of the Con Court decision. You raise a good point regarding Nkwe's announcement and I will find out.
It may be similar to the question re the security of rights to Garatau. I've asked them why they don't announce that there is no risk here and management say; "why even raise the subject". They think that a statement might plant a seed for investors that a possibility exists. They insist there is no risk to their rights to Garatau.

PS. In my post last night I mean't that Shapiro only gets paid on results but my guess is BS is his media supporter possibly also in for a cut.
