Both seem to have an agenda. The fact that Barry seargent is still trying to justify his ignorant decision making process is laughable. Cop it on the chin Barry ...you made an error.

The Dmr has not defied the concourt,NKP and DMR have spent the last four months doing exactly what the concourt instructed. Due process, then allocation of rights. Barry , is your ego so big that you cant take your medicine or have you got financial interests in another party at the expense of NKP. Doesn't even matter.

NKP have the resource, JV partners lining up and now the support of the DMR and everyone else who wants to project South Africa as a place to invest, which is everyone that matters.
