Thanks Macleod for that info. I wasn't aware of the extent of X-strata's knowledge regarding all the Genorah legal issues, and didn't know that they had significant concerns even before the Con Court decision ... however, in retrospect in makes sense, since they have been procrastinating for what seems like ages on the whole BFS / JV situation ... this would seem to explain why.
