Thanks for the update tonethegroan. I too have been speaking to Cedric of late and await the market response.

I would like to see an update on the companies Qld's four thermal coal tenements.

We were advised back in October 2011 that “NSL Consolidated (ASX: NSL) was advancing towards development of its four thermal coal tenements in the Eromanga Basin in south-west Queensland after the Queensland Government issued a notice of proposed grant of exploration permit for coal for the first of the four tenements.”

Surely one of the four tenements must be in the pipeline for issuance. How long does this process take. Anyone have any suggestions?
