    Guys I would have assumed if the plant was broken they would have informed the market. As this would be normal practice under continuous disclosure.

    Oh but then again that would be assuming the company adopts corporate governance.

    RE the royalty payments I can assure you it is more likely the dont have the cash, at the burn rate for the last quarterly they would have had on $1m at the end of July, since then there has been 6 weeks. At 3m per month burn rate this would probably mean the are in the red for $3.5m.

    They continue to tell us the don't have debt so how are they paying the bills? I guess by not paying the bills like royalty cheques.

    I am looking forward to the next fund raising on the back of targets they feel very comfortable with, yet missed their production by more than 25%.

    Do I need to go on?
