Average grade of magnetite is about 30 % - I was responsible for JMS securing Mt Ida about 15 years ago -and I don't expect Mt Ida -Mt Bevan of Legacy next door or any other magnetite project -except with luck Iron Bridge - FMG to see the light of day even with iron ore at record prices. The magnetite plays are living in cloud cuckoo land. Maybe in fifty years -possibly more like 100 years .
