That's why Kynamro's approval is so signifcant for ANP if the approval boards pull up on it over the liver toxicity then it will also bring focus back to the 1 patient with elevated liver enzymes in ATL-1103's PhaseI, while it was a relatively small patient number trial it still has the potential to raise concerns if authorities step on that issue with Kynamro.
