I just bought in, never owned before, I belive it is oversold, pays a good divvie which I think is sustainable. But here is the conundrum IFT (Infratil) share price jumps on the announcement of greater investment in Data centres, but when Spark does the same the share price drops significantly. Perhaps someone out their with some knowledge of Data centre bussiness could shed some light on this.
