fear/panic sets on when there are too many unknown downside risks. Previous lows were achieved before Brasil disaster. Now aside from direct disaster cost we have clouds over all engineering of tailings Dams globally until that is a known quantity expect some turbulence. Great entry long term IMO but next 6 weeks may test $15.
