Watch the buying, especially towards the end of the day. Oropa's partner B Vijay Kumar Exploration are on the court list to have their diamond mining license reinstated. This area is one of the most prospective for diamonds in the world and would see the SP.
The case has been caught up in the Indian court system for years, but this was partly due to the former judge's conservative nature and reluctance to hear the case. Now that that judge has retired a new one has been appointed so the chances are good that this will finally be heard. I have also noticed a real attempt by the Chhattisgarh court system to get through all the backlog of cases that have been in the system recently.
If this case is heard and Oropa are reinstated with their license I expect the SP to be hovering around the 50c mark soon.
