Nice post John. Have been holding RRE myself for a few months as a nearology play to Doray. Would have been better to have gotten them lately as they are cheaper than when I bought. Easier to pick the stocks than the timing! Lol! My second biggest holding after PEK in the Dga area is LSR. So like to hear optimism about the prospects of this company. Small cap, the cash situation is of concern however did not stop me from investing because as with real estate its location location. LSR are right in the middle of many of the companies I either have shares in or would love to have shares in! I believe CYS will likely come out with a positive announcement soon and AUC have been drilling too so as you mentioned neighbour news if positive will get the buzz going loudly for LSR.
