Lots of volume in the last few days, expect more today.
These guys are in the guts of the Stack Over Pressured Play where internal rates of return exceed a staggering 100%!!!
The only comparable plays are the Permian aged plays in Texas, the Midland and Delaware, where leasehold sells for upwards of USD 50,000 an acre. My numbers suggest these guys have accumulated at an average of around USD 3,000 an acre in the Stack OP, but prices are beginning to move and are now over USD 6,000. Interested to see them get to 1280 in total as they say but if they do it is game over.
Some big bitters getting set at these prices.
NB: I'm not one of them but paid 1.6 yesterday.
