Of all of the posts that I have read on HC and particularly with reference to the 'spec' end of town - this post would have to be one of the best. There are a coupe of others. One concerned a poster called Jaded - I remember his posts and was shocked at what transpired. DYOR on this.
Aside from my snide and condescending commentary (and yes I do make snide and condescending comments) there are many cautionary tales that many around QBL would be well advised to read. Your choice but if you have 2 minutes don't miss the opportunity to learn something.
