BCP could not reach 90% of NDO shares by the extended period, then the market takeoff will be aborted.
So, what will be the next story, the NDO has to operate as a oil company to pay dividends to all share holders, or BCP pays high price to takeover rest of share holders in NDO.
It is a very interest game here....
