I would not hold anyone to be responsible for the absence of all those human qualities
you mention. There is no obligation to have them.
I will however hold them, ASIC in particular, in greatest contempt for ditching their legal and statutory
obligations to uphold justice which is the backbone of the Legislation forming ASIC entity.
An unforgivable defection from their duties, helped in no small measure by puny 'resistance'
from among us.
Yet those victims who banged on and on relentlessly have received better than 1.58 % compensation return on their funds.
This alas, was not us, who had an asphyxiating "leave it to the judge" drum-beat banging the other way.
And that's all she wrote; as Dgenny scribbles this last entry into her diary of PIF shame.
