GPT were dumped last friday along with several other REITs but given recent price movements this REIT could easily bounce once the large seller has completed their order. GPT now has good fundamentals on gearing,NTA to price, still paying a distribution, & relative to many other REIT is well worth some research (check recent ASX announcements)
Lucky enough to purchase some at 28.5 cents on the open.
