which is why myer is not a good investment now imo.
if they keep staff levels low cutomers will leave and go to the staffed independants. if they increase staff everybody will finally realise that the people who sold myer just ripped out costs that will now have to be put back in...at the expense of buffet and his loyal band of new owners..
