Worth looking at for medium/long term investors in my opinion that do not mind lack of liquidity.
Just did a small placement to investors at $1.40 - really $1.435 as not entitled to the 3.5 cent divvie that current shareholders are.
The placement was for acquisitions that on my calculations will add 18% eps growth to the company (assuming earnings same in 2007 for the rest of the business as 2006 - I am expecting 2007 earnings up on 2006 also without any acquisitions) - under the new capital structure.
Very high ROE/ROA and only 26 million shares, so earnings growth will hit the bottom line eps growth and share price fairly well imo - if they meet their own forecasts. They have flagged further acquisitions and growth for years to come.
Worth doing some research on.
