It is a deduction that FML don't have an operating mill & any production needs to be tolled. Thus the Dreadbought feasibility must have been done with toll rates for milling. Current rates around Kalgoorlie are about $30/t plus. When the mill owners can put it through for around $15/t it's easy to see where the money is! That is why FML absolutely MUST rebuild 3Mile to be able to exploit any more of their resources besides Perseverance, which has the grade to carry tolling.
I'm thinking of averaging down actually. These guys are looking quite cheap at the moment.
