Hardrock, in reference to your comment regarding FML & a mill, I have an analysts report which refers to the fact that FML have the Three Mile Hill processing plant "which means that investors do not have to endure the usually lengthy development period between reource definition & production. This operation can change from exploration to production in a virtual heart beat".
