Refresh my memory. What did they value KAL at on the 2nd compared to there valuation given in the current announcement. Pretty sure if there was a difference (in the upper valuation of the after acquisation) it was a couple of cents at best.
Not trying to put a downer on it as I do hold and believe it is under priced.
