Neither one, because no advice was given! To any who have bought around 80 cents, I dont see much downside short-term ... med-long term they will be laughing. But that is not advice, more like an opinion!

As far as those with cash ready to buy, well they could still get it a little cheaper .... emphasis on "could"

Once again, it all depends on what their intentions are; If its a long-term hold from here, then a few cents wont matter. If its a shorter-term trade, then perhaps they should wait for a technical signal. My currrently held stock is a "hold" till production, my trading cash however, needs to see a rising SP first before I come in.

As you say, the general market is dead, sentiment is buried, the Bear is king!
