I spoke to clive this morning and still no response from savannah, they have requested that the court set a date for trial to TRY to force this forward (hopefully will force them to drop the case as they will be liable for large costs).
Apparently noone knows on the timelimit.
Again got the same sentiment ... no problems, but he did say that the three big sellers (one margin call, one canadian broker and one who was moving to producers) all should have finished selling.
Also said the hedge fund that closed shop yesterday had a holding but not large and I guess them liquidating also was a factor.
Interesting article on the uranium thread about cameco and the fact that they need to go shopping, they have just invested in another african explorer.
Maybe they are driving the price down? Someone is doing their best, wish I knew their target price.
