Watch this stock.Opening first Data Centre - in Brisbane - in August.Then the next in Melbourne in December.Sydney and Perth planned and then to be Auckland and Canberra.Great pedigree with Bevan Slattery as CEO (ex PipeNetworks - now there was a great story)and Ted Pretty as Executive Deputy Chairman.Committed to recycling their capital presumably so that they don't become a REIT.Cloud computing is a big story overseas and Australia is years behind.RBS follows this and you can get research there.No-one follows NXT here but I think that definitely deserves to change.Stock fairly tightly held.DYOR.Disclosure:NXT held by me.peterinib
