    I think the way to go would be to use any excess gas to produce Grey/Blue Hydrogen as a transition fuel because of the current high costs of production for Green Hydrogen. The hydrogen business might only be a small secondary one initially, but it could grow over time, especially after the pandemic when airlines commence re-engineering their planes to use hydrogen fuel.

    Gas is definitely the fuel for the moment, as new base line energy is required, replacing coal. Gas for base line, and renewables for intermittent energy will probably be the transition pathway for up to the next 20 years in my opinion, with hydrogen also becoming important a little further down the track. The speed of technological advances in battery development will also have an impact on this mix.
