Which is an interesting point 62, when will they get some money?
I spoke to someone in the other camp a few days ago and they said first oil was a bit of an anticlimax, particularly as the production rates were set by well clean up requirements etc. What they are looking forward to is the first lifting and getting paid for it. As a partner in Galoc they (Otto) presumably will receive a percentage of that. Nido on the other hand are in a slightly different position as they have chosen to market their own crude. Unless that has been resolved and I haven’t heard of course.
Be interesting to see how it plays out.
