OK, so primarily logistics...I'm thinking NDO would've steered clear of a different marketing strategy if it was going to cause undue concerns/problems, especially in receiving cashflow.
If the difference were $2/bbl extra, that would be worth around $350K to $400K pa...not insubstantial when starting out.
Had not heard about the Mercury content, though still just a rumour, yes? An offtake is due in early Nov, so we'll see what happens to that!
