    Colltech can't make up its mind what its core business is! Unable to sell any collagen it is going to buy a Malaysian potions & lotions business with a script issue of 770 million shares diluting current share holders equity to a third.

    If 'un-named company owners are issued two thirds of Colltech stock don't they effectively own Colltech.
