Interesting comment. Do you have a view on any advantages/disadvantages NEXTDC have over Equinix? First mover advantage in most the cities perhaps? I find it a good sign that there is enough demand for them to be considering building more data centres (same with Equinix).
Also seems government prefers NEXTDC data centres which are always good contracts to have.
