yes they were factored in.
At the time they noted delays in B2 expansion and review of M2 funding feasability in 2016.
However they noted that aggressive expansion would likely be earnings dilutive at this time, so the above was basically seen as a good thing a the time (they said this would change if a good deal could be organised for the debt)
they also noted that B1 has the best margin but they expect M1 to overtake that.
Considering all - buy with target of $3.15
Personally i think it could go higher but bit of a ceiling to get through first. Will be watching pre-market. Hopefully yesterdays report will help see another influx of buyers tomorrow
