Of course it would be off market. Exactly the same as a capital raise is off market.
But either way, they are still taking a 26mil buyer out of the market. 26mil there, another possible 20mil capital raise, and some just don't get why the big buyers are not here to push it through 10. Sorry, I forgot, chances of the Talbot family selling is all BS. Their rep quoted that in an earlier post today.
