Regarding the Talbot holding...
How would each of you go about the task of disposing of a parcel this size?
I am sure you would seek an institution or two.... or some huge entity or two... to take them at an appropriate discount to the prevailing market price. This ensures an orderly seemless transaction at a price where both parties are happy and without the huge gyrations that would occur if the holding was to be offloaded on the market.... no matter how slowly.... the word would be out and the SP would react accordingly.
Everything is for sale... at a price... and at a time that suits.
