It was always high risk, most of us (I didn't) realise how high till it went south.. now we are hanging on hoping for something better than now.
I feel for you and your folks, but that's the share market, its broken millionaire's and made millionaire's over night..
I'm sure they new some of the risks, as for sell or hold I really cant say, I'm holding but I know I can afford the loss, as for others id say if you cant then think of getting out.
