VALUEADD - I thought it was public knowledge that I had worked for GCN and have taken GCN to Fairwork for unpaid wages and entitlements. Some of which I am still waiting for.
I'm sure the ATO investigation will sort that out

As have many of the staff over the last 2 years.

When I demanded that he pay me the $60,000 or so I was owed he sacked me.
I then took the matter to Fairwork for unfair dismissal and won.

The two most concerning things that were said when I was an employee was.

1. in a staff meeting when the staff wanted info on wages - there was yelling - he said "do you want me to go to F**ken Jail" - I'm working on getting funding.

2. it's only insolvent trading if you get caught.

And I'd be surprised if this info didn't get me banned from posting.
