Where'd you get that from?
Oh, you meant the retaliatory attacks that only occur when the "good-guys" fire indiscriminate rockets into Israel.
But then these rocket fired into Israeli civilian areas (which I assume is ok in your books) don't occur daily either, so where did you pluck that idea from?
