I've been following RAC as well and have found a lot of value with the director stepping in now and again to clarify the 'noise'.
Having unbiased and factual information from the "horse's mouth" has certainly been of value to some of us in settling any ongoing worries or concerns with clear facts. It hasn't hurt their share price either. To be clear, none of his comments have been 'spin' but cold hard facts and appropriate disclaimers. Of course he takes a risk on here with any comments that would fall outside of that, so for me it is valuable.
Each top their own of course, I only comment as I have direct experience with the topic and sharing my feelings about it.
