are you aware of any recent take over bids for australian miners, just as a reference?

I´m not familiar with australian legislation but it would be interesting to see what hindered them to buy on the market when sp was down at 9c and why all of a sudden they make a bid to take over the entiry company? A bit strange for me the entire situation.
Would be great if someone familiar with that could comment.

Fully agree, if they have to overcome the 90% hurdle there is still some hope left that we could get more...
