Based on the proposed 35c PEM would have a market cap of around 275 MAUD compared to 185 MAUD they paid for the acquisition of Globestar => not considering the improvements made at former Globestar the australian facilities would be worth about 100 MAUD?
Major progress made at Broken Hill, Potosi ... just to be neglected?
Hope the major shareholders have a similar view and agree 40c should be the absolute minimum.
Additionally driving down the sp by announcing a loss and persistantly stating how difficult the environment over quite some time followed by the take over bid as a very good timing from the chinese point of view and it looks as they would be very generous with the 35c...
