that 67164000.00 you just talked about is a loan that we pay interest on in american dollars there is a really danger of a capital raise. they company has not acted in good faith as far as im concerned im not sure what ill do still making up my mind. but one thing is for sure that offer is definitely a low ball but we may just have to take it.
