Well no competent investor will pay more than the retail offer... just buy them on market. Personally if I was holding I wouldn't sink more money into this retailer that has destroyed shareholders wealth as it will be a long road to recovery. If you want exposure to retail research some of the other retail stocks on the ASX that seem to know what they are doing.
