    Couldn't agree more.

    There has been a lot of negativity regarding the capital raise on this site. But now in hindsite - 40c / $30mill capital could be the coy's salvation. Could you imagine the disaster should they have tired to raise the funds now.

    I'm holding for the long term and have faith in VRE's fundamentals.
