not to mention 2 other factors:
1. Buying a 1B company from Australia is one thing, buying one of the top listed companies from NZ is unlikely to be supported by the government.
2. The premium of 54% on a floundering BAL would be nothing versus the 30-40 CAGR A2M has been experiencing, I would say a 200-300% premium would be required for them to even consider it.
