Be careful the Court hearing is about 6 weeks away....and the result will no doubt be announced just shy of the election being called, if Napthine losers the ALP are not as committed to building aroad as Napthine is and hence they wont need as much money. If that Court hearing goes against Napthine therefore and the ALP get in, I reckon they will pay up and move on nicely.
