I can see alot of synergy between GNC and RIC - transport, warehousing, customers, ingredients for RIC stockfeed handled by GNC come immediately to mind.
Property assets present any acquirer with the proverbial 'diamond in the rough'.
And Novacq provides serious blue sky.
Can't claim to be enthused by prospect of a takeover - alot of unrealised opportunity passing to GNC shareholders rather than remain with it's rightful owners.
