Would it be fair to say that management and the underwriters of the share offer know more than shareholders?
if thats the case, who are buying the shortfall??? and why?
if current shareholders cant see a compelling reason to take the offer up, why would the underwriters offer to take up the slack?
I dont own any obj at the moment, but have on and off in the past...but food for thought for current shareholders..
