That is plausible. If I were the underwriters and I knew something was in the pipeline, I would be hoping that the offering is poorly subscribed. I could pick up a heap of shares cheaply and make a killing.

In all honesty I have said goodbye to making any good money off this share. They look like they are heading down the same path as PNO, which is having to develop their own product. We all know where that has landed PNO.
