chazwaza...spot on....ASZ has easier job w Amazon etc offering inexpensive cloud capability...nothing to do with why companies sign up with ASZ....never read so much crap in a long time by these new experts on the value of customer services......give me 4 and 5 year contracts and control of a company's IT service , and selling at such allow PE....ASZ read the market in spades ...a good education never comes cheap..and we have had one ...now time to sit back with a .Monte Christo No4 and a nice cognac
