For decades politicians of both sides have promised a future benefit in return for individuals locking putting savings out of their own reach. Contribute to super in return for tax free income in retirement.
We kept our side of the bargain only to find politicians welching when it came time to pay out.
I won't be voting for the Libs because they are the thieving scoundrels who retrospectively introduced a tax on the promised reward for a lifetime of frugality. I certainly won't be voting for the ALP who now propose to a further double cross.
