    Thinking about buying in and the question above came up. Have any of the Macquarie badged and managed trusts gone belly up? I know valuations and gearing may be an issue in this years counts, but is the bank going to force them to the brink?

    Overall I think this is one REIT worth looking at. Havent bought yet thought.
