Would one of the serous investors explain

Hi to all i been in MMR for 10 years but really not follow it . but of late i been looking in to the idea for possibly cashing in . and i seeing that the company is more into court cases and fighting with others not like the days when Pep 11 was on the table. So i like some one that can give me some light on what is happening and why the halt of trading for so long . Please only factual help i not interested in personal feeling , so if one or more can put some light on this . thank you
